Rich Wilde and the Amulet of Dead feels like a fusion of the Book of Dead and the Doom of Dead slots. This game has the scatter wild, expanding wild, and multiplier feature. It's a solid game with lots of action, but the 96.29% RTP is too low considering it uses the same icon package, plus crappy music.

I thought Play’n GO would only use the Book of Dead symbol pack on the Legacy of Dead, but I was wrong. Behold, the Amulet of Dead offers the same symbol except for wilds and scatter wilds. With that lazy work, do we justify the -0.21% RTP reduction? I don’t think so, especially with the sound that is also below my standard. Honestly, this game could worth much more if they add better music and sound effect.
Aside from the lack of creativity, the game itself has good gameplay because there are many ways to hit a big multiplier. Plus, the combination of high volatility and 5,000x max-win is still the sweet spot in this industry. So is this slot good or bad? I think it’s still good but won’t be enough for Book/Legacy of Dead lovers to migrate since both are more solid.
Anyway, in this game, you will find expanding wild and multiplier mechanics. When the big (3-row) wilds appear, the multiplier increases. You can have up to 5x or five times your base win. And that combined with expanding symbol on the free spin will make your screen full, plus you will get five times your base win. Isn’t that awesome?
